DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide support, guidance and training for the sales force (manage the sales process)
Participate in the sales process with sales people as necessary to close deals
Meet and greet customers and prospects in a professional manner
Achieve 1:1 New to Used ratio for Ferrari
Ensure that you and the sales force is following up on sales leads
Conduct demonstration and feature presentation of used vehicles consistent with the quality and reputation of the product
Quote sales price, including tax, license fees, discounts and requirements for financing payment of vehicles purchased on credit
Prospect and follow-up with potential buyers
Participate in promotional activities and other sales related activities as required
Participate in the sales process with sales people as necessary to close deals
Sell pre-owned vehicles to clients, and take deposits based on dealership policies
Manage clients’ expectations to ensure the highest sales customer satisfaction scores possible
Participate in and plan dealership sales events
Accurately value all trade ins
Actively purchase pre-owned cars at competitive wholesale prices to ensure a first-rate supply of vehicles for prospects to choose from allowing the sales force/dealership to achieve used car sales and profit objectives
Complete required paperwork for dealership to receive any additional incentives from manufacturers
Remain familiar and act according to pertinent ICBC laws and documents
Remain familiar with dealership F & I systems (ADP)
Act as a liaison between the client and the dealership
Review all deals prior to sending them to the General Manager to ensure that all of the proper paperwork has been accurately completed and all funds have been collected from the client
Maintain used car inventory levels consistent with direction of General Manager
Wholesale vehicles that the dealership chooses not to represent for sale due to mileage and/or condition and vehicles that have been in inventory for excessive days prior to value changing which may result in a loss
To ensure that you comply with the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC, provincial and federal laws in all areas.
Close sales
Attend manufacturer training as required
Accurately complete the necessary paperwork and collect funds from clients

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:
Minimum 10 years of automotive sales experience (luxury automotive sales preferred)
Proven track record in sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation
Self-starter
Strong follow-up and customer relations skills
Must have a valid BC driver’s license
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, ADP, CDK, 180
